Dior & Chanel

As some of you may know, it's couture fashion week in Paris.  What perfect timing.  Of course I won't be able to get into any of the shows but it's fun to at least be in the same city where these dream shows are going on. 


Two days ago (7/4) was the Dior show at Musée Rodin and my classmates and I stood outside of show to see everyone walk in.  The atmosphere was exciting and glamourous.  I saw Nina Garcia and Anna Dello Russo--they looked fantastic.  Also, I met another blogger from Australia, living in Pars; she's super nice and I'm loving her blog.  Here are a few pictures I snapped while I was there.

I'm obsessed with wedge shoes and I need to find these.

Yesterday (7/5) was the Chanel show at Grand Palais and I wasn't in as good of a spot as I was at Dior.  I did get to see Grace Coddington walk into the Chanel show and that's all I really wanted. (Side note: I saw Anna Wintour a few hours earlier at the Hussein Chalayan Exhibition at Les Arts Décoratifs and I could have died.  I was literally 5 feet away from her.) The picture quality is not as great as the pictures at Dior but I'll put up the best pictures I have.
